Return Policy
What can be returned, and how to start the process.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Products that have been wired in, drilled, or permanently mounted cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Starting a return
Contact us with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item and the fitment issue. We will confirm the return address and next steps in writing.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. Keep the tracking reference until the return is confirmed.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or fails on first use, tell us as soon as possible with photos or a short video so we can resolve it quickly.
