Processing
Orders are checked and packed before dispatch. You receive a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed and a second message when it leaves us.
Rates and delivery times
We confirm the delivery cost and an estimated delivery window with you by phone before your order is dispatched. We do not advertise a fixed free-shipping threshold or a guaranteed delivery date.

Please double-check your address and phone number when you place the order. If an address needs correcting, contact us before the order ships.
Customs and duties
Cross-border orders may be subject to local duties or taxes collected by the carrier. These are not included in the product price shown on the website.
